Cooper Foods launch Butchery Range April 27, 2011 News Cooper Foods have made a significant expansion to their business moving to new 15,000 sqft premises with separate facilities for the core seafood range (fresh and frozen) and the new butchery range. Mark and Will Cooper continue with their core belief that native species are the best for flavour and freshness. Coopers buy the majority of English prime seafood from Brixham and this same approach is pursued in sourcing the new range of butchery products. 28 day hung Hampshire beef, fresh Hampshire lamb and handmade Hampshire sausages are the foundation of the current range with all cuts available. Coopers supply to restaurants, pubs and hotels in the south east and south west of England. A skilled butchery team have been recruited to match the outstanding reputation in quality and flavour that the business already enjoys for the seafood range. Will Cooper says “We wanted to take a major step forward for our customers. Adding the Butchery range and expanding our facility so we can continue to drive development of our product range have been major achievements for us. We’ve had very positive feedback from our customers.” About Latest Posts Publisher Latest posts by Publisher (see all) ZEO INVESTS IN LARGEST EVER BRAND RELAUNCH WITH NEW NO ADDED SUGAR RANGE & CELEBRITY AMBASSADOR CAROLINE FLACK - April 26, 2017 NEEDHAM CODING LAUNCHES FIRST OWN BRAND CONTINUOUS INK JET PRINTERS - April 25, 2017 FANUC ROBOTS CAN HANDLE THEIR BELGIUM BEER - April 25, 2017
