Michelin star chefs bring a taste of the Waterside Inn to Royal Ascot’s Panoramic Restaurant

For the second year running, British institution, Royal Ascot, welcomes the three Michelin starred restaurant, the Waterside Inn, run by Chef Patron Alain Roux, to the Panoramic Restaurant. A true match of excellence, the partnership of these world class icons will combine the thrilling race atmosphere with elegant food in chic surroundings, creating a must-visit destination for food connoisseurs.

Bringing award-winning French fine dining into the heart of the action, Alain will contribute his creative culinary skills with a bespoke signature menu showcasing the freshest seasonal produce. Featuring a range of delectable dishes, racegoers will enjoy a truly indulgent experience with classic combinations of French cuisine, finished off with their famous contemporary touch.

Famed for their creative techniques and superb service, Alain and Diego Masciaga (Director and General Manager), will offer an array of gastronomic goodies such as chorizo and almond palmiers with pepper salsa to start, poached fillets of sole flavoured with tarragon, morels and “vin jaune” sauce for main, and an indulgent dessert of chocolate roulade with raspberries and melba sauce – leaving diners truly charmed and longing for more.
