In many situations, the provision of catering facilities within public venues will often require a team of contractors, covering design, installation and operation. However, in the northwest of England there is a company that brings all of this expertise, together under one roof.

TRiBOURNE Catering Services Ltd, based in Stockport in Cheshire, offers a rather unusual combination of skills, under the dedicated eyes of joint owner/directors Brenda Hopkins and Steve Kelly.

With Spring on the horizon, TRiBOURNE Catering Services Ltd will open the aptly named ‘Meadows Coffee Shop’ situated in the newly constructed retail outlet at Parkers Garden Centre, Carrington Road, Flixton, Manchester on

St. David’s Day.

The fourth catering outlet in this growing business has been eagerly awaited by the local residents. Chris Parker, owner of the garden centre and his management team, worked closely with TRiBOURNE to provide a contemporary indoor seating area for 80 covers and a beautiful outdoor decked terrace for 30 covers, overlooking the planting area.

The menu has been designed around the availability of fresh ingredients and local flavours. The Meadows Coffee Shop will be an oasis of calm within a busy garden centre and offer stylish comfort, superb customer service and quality affordable refreshments.

A key driver in the TRiBOURNE vision is to use only the finest fresh ingredients sourced from local suppliers, thereby closely monitoring quality and cost, which is vital in providing customers with an excellent product at an affordable price. TRiBOURNE benefit from the continuous support from their selected accredited suppliers and as the business develops, are able to reward this support with increased purchasing.

The three catering operations that have already experienced the TRiBOURNE treatment are, The Stables Restaurant at Tatton Park Knutsford, the Restaurant and Bars at The Lyceum Theatre in Crewe and The Riverside Café in Avenham Park, Preston.

In April this year TRiBOURNE will open at the brand new Brockholes Wetland Reserve. Operated as part of Lancashire Wildlife Trust, visitors, the length and breadth of the UK, will be welcomed to a truly fantastic visitor centre – a floating pontoon on one of the lakes in the Reserve. The innovative design of this visitor centre has placed it as the only building in the UK to have achieved BREEAM OUSTANDING accreditation. Using their Design and Catering expertise TRiBOURNE worked alongside all the other partners in the Design process to achieve this stunning creation. From April

TRiBOURNE’s catering team will be on hand to deliver excellent food, drink and customer service to the 250,000 anticipated visitors in year one.

Since starting their business back in 1991, the Directors have placed their combined 68 years of Catering Design experience and the disposal of numerous clients at all points of the compass. This extensive level of Design Experience and Catering Knowledge has established TRiBOURNE as a credible force in the Catering industry, particularly in Cheshire, Lancashire and Staffordshire. Their straight forward honest, no nonsense approach backed up with a ‘can do’ mentality has served TRiBOURNE well over the years.

The addition of The Meadows Coffee Shop and Brockholes has reinforced the confidence placed in TRiBOURNE by their Clients.

What better time in the year to grow two new businesses!
