To celebrate this year’s Diamond Jubilee, Kingsmill is launching limited-edition celebration packs to its range of Kingsmill rolls. Decked in festive bunting, these are sure to boost retailer sales as consumers stock up on rolls for BBQs to enjoy all the celebrations coming up in 2012. The BBQ season bolstered roll sales by 10 million last summer, and 2012’s Diamond Jubilee street parties and Olympic BBQs are sure to give retailers a reason to celebrate.

Available in 6 or 12-packs of delicious Soft White, 50/50 and Tasty Wholemeal (6-pack only) throughout the summer, Allied Bakeries advises retailers to stock up on a variety of rolls to ensure that all tastes are catered for.

The packs will be available from 30th March 2012 and have been created to commemorate the Queen’s Diamond Jubilee, which this year coincides with The Big Lunch, a community initiative sponsored by Kingsmill. The brand’s innate connection to lunch will help drive sales of lunchtime products and hopefully boost retailer profits.
