Riso Gallo Risotto Expresso allows consumers to create a delicious risotto in just two minutes – great for those who like good food, quickly, without compromising on quality or taste.

Riso Gallo is a sixth generation family business with a strong Italian heritage and their new Expresso range helps make risotto more accessible, particularly for the time poor.

Italian food and specifically risotto has experienced a resurgence in popularity recently and market value sales of Riso Gallo risotto rice were up 6% year on year (to end Dec 2011), according to Riso Gallo, Italy’s favourite risotto brand. The new Expresso range includes three flavours; Funghi (mushroom), Quattro Formaggi (four cheese), and Fantasia Di Verdure (vegetable medley). Each 250g pack contains no artificial colourings or preservatives, no MSG and is gluten free.
