Eau de Vie supplies a range of units designed for different needs and a variety of locations. The units fall into three categories: Table Top, Free‐Standing (to fit into existing counters or base units) and Remote Cassette (to fit on shelves or in tighter spaces). Like the Eau de Vie bottles, the system’s dispensers are attractive and look good front of house or behind the bar. There is a choice of sizes available, with capacities ranging from 45 to 300 litres per hour.
