Flowcrete UK offers new total system

Flowcrete UK has launched a total ‘floor to wall’ system, which combines state-of-the-art products and best-in-class service to deliver a seamless finish. With more than 30 years’ in the sector, Flowcrete floors are trusted the world over to deliver systems designed specifically for food and drink processing and packaging environments.

Now, under Flowcrete’s integrated flooring system, specifiers can select a total floor ‘build-up’ for their premises, including the repair and restoration or re-laying of the concrete slab, the supply and installation of a damp proof membrane, and the supply and installation of a polymer modified screed.

Flowcrete can then undertake the design, supply and installation of a stainless steel drainage system and durable resin floor finish, including the choice of Flowcrete Flowfresh – a unique offer with a silver-based Polygiene® agent within the resin matrix, for the ultimate in hygiene performance. An inorganic additive and an environmentally friendly technology, Polygiene® helps to protect surfaces against harmful microbes.

Flowfresh can be laid to falls to increase the run-off in a wet processing environment and graded aggregates can ensure a slip resistant finish. The works are completed with durable, antimicrobial wall cladding.
