World Travel Catering & Onboard Services Expo

Key players within the global airline and rail catering and onboard services industry including LSG Sky Chefs, Newrest Group International, Gategroup and Servair are all exhibiting at this year’s World Travel Catering & Onboard Services Expo – the world’s largest business event dedicated to travel catering, passenger comfort and onboard-retail. The event takes place at the Hamburg Messe, Germany between 9 – 11 April. The exhibition floor will be filled with a broad spectrum of products and services demonstrating the latest innovations and creative thinking in this field. The exhibition floor will also house the Taste of Travel Theatre again, featuring presentations and cooking demonstrations from a wide range of international travel catering experts, providing the perfect opportunity to test and taste the industry’s latest trends. It has recently been announced that Cuisine Solutions, Ratcliffe & Brown, Concha y Toro, LSG Sky Chefs, the DHL Food Innovation Council and Inflight Feed will all participate in live demonstrations.

Following a highly successful launch at the 2012 event, the Passenger Experience Conference will also return in 2013, addressing crucial issues surrounding consumer expectations, innovation and strategies for profitability onboard. The one-day conference, which will be staged at the Congress Center Hamburg (CCH) on Monday 8 April, will explore the ideas and trends central to onboard development via insightful keynotes and panel discussions. The route to successful innovation will also be featured, using in-depth case studies. The event will also provide delegates with an opportunity to meet key industry personnel and network with some of the industry’s foremost thinkers ahead of the World Travel Catering & Onboard Services Expo.
