MONO Equipment to Participate in Pop-Up Pizzeria

MONO Equipment in conjunction with Slow Food will be participating in Bristol Food Connections from 3-5 May.

As part of the city-wide food festival, Slow Food and MONO Equipment will be creating a pop-up pizzeria in College Green.

Visitors will be able to see how chefs from Italy create authentic artisan pizza from scratch using a variety of equipment including the ultimate Leven Machine designed to produce natural yeast, the impressive Spiral Mixers created to make the mixing process as simple and efficient as possible, the highly-efficient Retarder Prover and the small and compact Pizza Ovens.
