Tails Cocktails has teamed up with MR LYAN, the World’s most awarded bartender, to launch
a limited-edition batched cocktail of 75 bottles in honour of the 75^thanniversary of VE DAY, with all profits going to the current front-line, the NHS

Tails Cocktails, Europe’s largest batched cocktail brand, have collaborated with Ryan Chetiyawardana, AKA
Mr Lyan, the world’s most awarded bartender and mixologist, to create an exclusive Victory Fizzcocktail in celebration of the 75^th anniversary of VE Day coming up this bank holiday on May 8^th, and to spread some positivity during these unprecedented times by giving back to the current front line…..the NHS.

A limited number of 75 bottles will be released on Friday, May 1^st, and can be ordered at tailscocktails.com for celebrating the 8^thof May, with all profits going to the current front line, NHS Charities Togetheras we continue to support modern British heroes. “Since the outbreak of Covid-19, our nurses and doctors have truly become our national heroes. We want to raise a glass of Victory to our current front line. Incapsulating the creativity and mixology skills of Mr Lyan, Victory Fizzis expertly batched and bottled by Tails Cocktails who deliver a wide range of classic and contemporary cocktails to bars and hospitality to improve consistency, ease and speed.

The Tails team contacted Ryan to collaborate on this special project. “There’s a real synergy between us and Tails where we’re both trying to create great drinks for people to share regardless of their setting. We also really care for honest, important causes, and to celebrate these moments even when circumstances stack against us. This was such an important moment to mark, and we were honoured Tails asked us to help celebrate our modern heroes and to help raise some funds for the NHS.” Ryan Chetiyawardana, AKA Mr Lyan.

Victory Fizz cocktail celebrates a number of seasonal and British ingredients including Bombay Sapphire Gin, RAF “tea for heroes” English Breakfast Tea from the Rare Tea Company, lemon verbena, wild strawberry and vermouth. Served chilled in a flute adding tonic in equal parts for the fizz and a ribbon of cucumber as garnish, the cocktail combines the complexity of juniper with light spring flavours.
