Fry’s partners with Aardman and Chicken Run: Dawn ofthe Nugget to launch new plant-based nuggets December 13, 2023 News Award-winning plant-based brand Fry’s Family Foods have teamed up withAardman Animations and Netflix to celebrate the long-awaited movie ChickenRun: Dawn of the Nugget with the launch of an exclusive new plant-basedbreaded nugget. Just in time for Veganuary, Fry’s new nugget will be available at Tesco,Iceland, The Food Warehouse and selected Spar stores. The new and improved nuggets are, like all of Fry’s products, 100% vegan. Made from a mix of non-GM soy, wheat and pea protein, and coated in acrispy golden crumb. “It’s a massive win for us to be collaborating with such an iconic movie brand,and the likes of Netflix and Aardman”, says Nicola Yates, Head of Marketing at Fry’s and LIVEKINDLY Collective in the UK.
