Ingredients
- 2 small bottles banana flavoured drinking yoghurt, (or banana milk or yoghurt)
- 2 bananas
- 1 large handful baby leaf spinach
- milk to thin, optional
For the Muddy Toxic Swamp:
- 1 Tbs cocoa powder
- honey to taste
Instructions
- Place all the ingredients in a blender and blitz until smooth
- Serve immediately with spooky treats
