Fulton Limited has supported a local beer and cider festival with the sponsorship of a barrel of cider, profits from which will benefit the Help for Heroes charity.

Now in its sixth year, Backwell’s beer and cider festival forms part of a programme of events, all of which raise funds for the Village Club and registered charities.

Commenting for the Backwell Village Club, chairman and event organiser Martyn Howell says: “We are delighted to be supporting Help for Heroes at a time when many charities are losing vital donations. Our thanks go to all those involved in the festival and we are proud to announce that many thousands of pounds will be making its way to this excellent cause.”

Fulton sponsored a 6% Wilkins cider, which is known to many as ‘Infamous Rog’s Brew’ and was described in the Festival Programme as ‘made to be enjoyed!’
