TEKNOMEK LAUNCHES NEW MULTI-FUNCTIONAL PREPARATION UNIT

Teknomek has launched a new preparation unit, which features a practical, multi-purpose design to promote cleanliness and tidiness. The company is confident the unit will gain strong demand from a wide range of customers looking to keep their working environment organised and hygienic.

Specially created to meet the needs of the food processing and catering industries, the unit’s flexible features also make it useful to many other workplaces where hygiene is important, including the veterinary, medical and laboratory sectors.

Made from fully-welded, 304 grade stainless steel, the construction is sufficient to meet the demands of any wash-down procedures, ensuring strict hygiene standards are met at all times. The 30 x 30mm box section frame with 1.5mm sheet steel is built to an 840mm high working area, with a built-in eye level dispensing area comprising six gastronorm containers (which are 1/6 of the standard size) below a full width 300mm deep shelf.

The standard unit measures 1200 x 600 x 840mm, and can be tailored to individual requirements as all table add-on units can be accommodated, including a keyboard drawer, retractable bin, two and three drawer and cupboard units.
