Peppa Pig reaches new heights

The team behind Peppa Pig ice cream, Icefresh Foods Ltd, took the kids’ favourite to new heights last month as they completed the Three Peaks Challenge, feasting on the lollies at the top of the UK’s highest mountain, Ben Nevis.

The team donned their walking boots as part of their 30 year anniversary celebrations and raised more than £13,000 in support of a charity close to their hearts, the University of North Staffordshire Hospital.

We’d like to say thank you to everyone who has supported our 30th anniversary fundraising efforts; the University of North Staffordshire Hospital were a fantastic support to our Sales Manager Phil Carter and his family when their son was born 15 weeks prematurely, so it is great to be able to give something back.

Norfolk-based Icefresh, produces iced desserts under licence for Weight Watchers, Hello Kitty and Star Wars and has been producing private label desserts, ice cream and party foods for retailers and food service customers for 30 years.
