Lemonpath plan expansion in 2014 December 16, 2013 News Following successful BRC re-accreditation and major growth in food and drink gift packing during 2013, Leicester based Lemonpath is looking to double the size of its clean room and food storage facility in early 2014. Plans are underway for a major refurbishment of an existing facility at the head office site which will see substantial investment in what is seen as a key growth area in one of Lemonpath’s key areas. Following initial BRC accreditation in 2012, Lemonpath targeted sales in this expanding gift assembly sector which saw significant new business, not only for Christmas 2013, 35% growth year-on-year , but sizeable “all year round” projects that will underpin the new investment. Lemonpath MD, Chris Antliff, reported that “2013 has been very successful for us in our food and drink packing division. The level of both existing and future activity has forced us to look to expand our capacity for 2014 and beyond. Whilst it’s good to be busy, we recognise that we have been running at full capacity for the latter half of this year and therefore we must make this investment in order to maintain the high level of service that this sector and our clients demand.” Tel: 0116 264 5000 www.lemonpath.co.uk About Latest Posts Publisher Latest posts by Publisher (see all) ZEO INVESTS IN LARGEST EVER BRAND RELAUNCH WITH NEW NO ADDED SUGAR RANGE & CELEBRITY AMBASSADOR CAROLINE FLACK - April 26, 2017 NEEDHAM CODING LAUNCHES FIRST OWN BRAND CONTINUOUS INK JET PRINTERS - April 25, 2017 FANUC ROBOTS CAN HANDLE THEIR BELGIUM BEER - April 25, 2017
